To ensure that glasses remain shut wash ingredients thoroughly and carefully cut out rotten parts. Always use fresh and ripe fruit. |

Glasses may not be damaged. Always clean them with hot water and soap and rinse them thoroughly. Put them upside-down on a clean cloth for drying. |

Make sure pots are clean. |

Do not reuse a lid too often. It might loose its coat and start to rust. We recommend the "deti preservation foil" or the new "deti twist-off-lid". |

Fill glasses with hot marmelade as quickly as possible and immediately close it using "deti preservation 1-2-3" or "deti twist-off lid". |

Do not forget to note contents and date of preparation on each glass. Self-adhesive stickers can be found in the "deti preservation 1-2-3". |
